Steps:

1. Download the required tools above
2. Install Cheat Engine
3. Then Open SAS:4 Zombie Assault on Ninja Wiki or here and wait it finish loading
4. After that, open the trainer you downloaded above .ct file
5. And choose your browser process, then enable all cheat you want by click the box
6. Go back SAS:4 Zombie Assault and play
7. Enjoy
